Tip a Pint for Mortar, Stone, and Monk

It's time to get Gothic and ruminate Romanesque!

Remember Ovila, the Sierra Nevada trappist style ale?

Venti's has the dubbel on tap!

The monks of the Abbey of New Clairvaux are rebuilding a 12th century chapter house that William Randolph Hearst had purchased and shipped to California. (And it's the 70th anniversary of Citizen Kane!)

The beer supports the rebuilding effort.

We hardly care what the beer tastes like, the concept is so great.

And don't forget the Belgian ale dinner on Sunday!

Prost!
